How Coaching Works
First, schedule a free consultation to discuss your specific goals and meet with Hannah Harder, founder of 3am Conversations and certified life coach. During your consultation Hannah can help you decide if 3am Coaching is right for you and which Coaching Plan best fits your needs.
Once enrolled in coaching, you will meet weekly or bi-monthly with Hannah for a certified life coaching curriculum tailored to your specific needs. During these sessions, you will clarify your goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and then come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle.
